Major updates to rootspace.io — what shipped, when, and why it matters. Currently live: v7
v7Current
Public changelog
Added a release history page so visitors can see what shipped on rootspace.io — and when.
New /changelog page with versioned release cards (badge, date, title, summary, details). Home nav now links to this history. Structure mirrors the HumanHUD / Matha Realty changelog pattern, styled for Rootspace’s terminal UI.
v6
Seller-finance DSCR calculator
Model DSCR loans, seller carry, and year-five refinance payoff scenarios in one place.
Shipped /calculator with deal inputs, seller-carry solve-for-target-DSCR, balloon refinance checks, and an AI assist chatbot — plus a Save & recalculate flow for iterating on numbers.
v5
ZIP outlines and zoning filters
Map search now draws local LA County ZIP boundaries and filters by zoning more reliably.
Switched to local ZIP GeoJSON for sharper outlines, tightened zoning filtering, and made map-driven search feel closer to how investors actually scan neighborhoods.
v4
Investor reports workflow
Reports got clearer map selection and a tighter path from shortlist to saved analysis.
Improved /reports map selection, saved-report flows, and the investor workflow so comparing listings and exporting findings is less friction and more intentional.
v3
Concierge search
Natural-language concierge search landed, with production runtime and map sizing fixes.
Added /concierge so you can describe what you’re looking for in plain language, then wired config and layout fixes so the experience holds up in production.
v2
Property details and theme controls
Richer listing detail panels plus light/dark theme so the map UI works day or night.
Expanded property detail surfaces and search interactions, and added a theme toggle so Rootspace can stay in terminal green dark mode or switch to a light green palette.
v1
Rootspace map search launch
Shipped the live map-driven property search app powered by RealtyAPI.
Launched rootspace.io as a Zillow-style Next.js app with Firebase App Hosting, map viewport search, listing cards, and the core investor search shell.
